Platform Owner: The Source Code ("TSC", "we", "us", or "our")

Domains & Ecosystem Covered: tschub.info, sourceconnect.shop, Source AI, and associated digital products, software, or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to any service, purchasing a digital product, accessing tschub.info, interacting with Source AI, you ("User", "Operator", or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to all provisions contained within these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or utilizing any part of The Source Code network or its underlying digital infrastructure.

2. Key Definitions

  • Service(s): Refers to all software, databases, e-commerce templates, Done-For-You (DFY) store builds, mentorship programs, educational playbooks, Source AI chatbots, and community access provided by The Source Code.

  • Source Points: Internal virtual utility tokens generated or acquired within the tschub.info platform used exclusively for gamification, marketplace unlocks, and community status perks.

  • Digital Goods: Non-tangible electronic assets including downloadable PDFs, private logistics supplier lists, custom store code, and software API access.

  • Operator Program: The paid tier subscription granting access to private hubs, software allocations, and community channels.

3. Account Registration & Security Protocols

To access certain nodes within our infrastructure, you must create a platform profile or link an authorized Discord account.

  • Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and account tokens. You assume full legal and financial responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.

  • Credential Sharing Prohibited: Account credentials, subscription seats, and private access links are non-transferable. Sharing, reselling, or co-hosting accounts with third parties will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, & Strict No-Refund Policy

A. Subscription Billing & Auto-Renewal

All recurring subscriptions (such as the $74.99/month Operator Program) are billed on an automated recurring cycle (monthly or annually) starting on the day of purchase. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically until you formally cancel your subscription through your billing portal prior to the next billing date.

B. Digital Products & DFY Store Builds

One-time purchases—including but not limited to the 7-Day Playbook, Private Logistics Blackbooks, Done-For-You (DFY) Shopify Store Builds, and Source Point packages—are fulfilled digitally and made available immediately upon payment processing.

C. Strict No-Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of downloadable digital assets, proprietary code, software access, and instantly unlocked intellectual property, The Source Code does not offer refunds, prorated credits, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If you initiate an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card company without prior written resolution from our support team, your access across all platforms (tschub.info, software terminals, and Discord servers) will be permanently revoked, and your details will be logged in our fraud prevention database.

5. Virtual Token Economy (Source Points)

  • Non-Fiat Status: Source Points are internal virtual utility tokens with zero cash value. They do not constitute real currency, legal tender, electronic money, or financial securities.

  • No External Cash Redemptions: Source Points cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or withdrawn for real-world fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or bank transfers outside of explicit, performance-based leaderboard competitions hosted at our sole discretion.

  • Peer-to-Peer Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from buying, selling, or transferring Source Points to other users in exchange for real-world cash outside of the platform’s official storefront. Attempting to run an unauthorized shadow exchange will result in a total balance wipe and an immediate ban.

  • System Adjustments: The Source Code reserves the right to modify token mechanics, scale marketplace pricing, reset promotional balances, or implement point burn protocols to maintain internal platform stability.

6. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights

  • Ownership: All content, logos, custom software code, database design, visual graphics, training materials, and documentation across tschub.info and related platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of The Source Code.

  • Limited License: Upon purchasing a digital asset or active subscription, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your individual personal or business operations.

  • Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:

    1. Copying, redistributing, selling, or sub-licensing our playbooks, code, or supplier lists to third parties.

    2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or scraping data from Source AI or tschub.info.

    3. Re-branding our proprietary intellectual property as your own.

7. Educational & Financial Disclaimers (No Guarantees)

A. No Income or Success Guarantees

The Source Code provides business infrastructure, educational content, software tools, and logistics connections. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, generate e-commerce sales, or achieve specific business results. Your financial outcomes depend entirely on market conditions, execution, capital, and individual effort.

B. Trading & Market Disclaimer

Content relating to financial markets, trading strategies, or asset flipping is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing published on tschub.info or inside our Discord community constitutes formal financial, legal, or investment advice. Trading financial markets carries substantial risk of loss. You trade at your own risk.

8. User Conduct & System Misuse

You agree to utilize our platforms strictly for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or exploit software bugs on tschub.info.

  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, spamming, or toxic behavior within our Discord channels or global platform feeds.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to admin databases or server backends.

  • Use our automated systems (including Source AI) to generate illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Violation of user conduct rules will result in immediate suspension or permanent blacklisting across the entire ecosystem without refund.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently revoke your account access to tschub.info, Source AI, and associated community channels at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to our system integrity or community safety. Upon termination, your right to utilize internal perks or remaining Source Points immediately ceases.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

A. "As Is" Service

All platforms, digital goods, and software tools provided by The Source Code are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

B. Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall The Source Code, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of your use or inability to use our tools. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total dollar amount paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of our infrastructure following any modifications indicates your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
