Abstract

In high-performance sports, the speed and quality of recovery are primary limiters to training volume and athletic output. This double-blind, placebo-controlled study investigated the efficacy of a proprietary Source Athletes Peptide Matrix on muscle recovery, joint mobility, and perceived fatigue in competitive athletes over an 8-week training cycle.

Objective
